Sorry for all the cruisey-related threads but someone, somewhere will find them useful!

Can any Carnival-ers, particularly P&O-ers, give a rough idea as to the onboard cost of:

- Ciggies
- Drinks
- Internet
- Phone

Do you find you spend much money while at sea?

not sure on drinks since you will be dry, but ciggies vary on the brand, if winston are something around $9, average around $13 per sleeve. internet and phone, ask your company

Cigarettes: ?1 a pack
Drinks: Depends on the drink but is 25p for cans of soft around 70p for cans of beer and around ?1.50 for bottles of beer. Can't remember shot prices but usually not bad.
Internet: ?10 a card for around 250mins
Phone: ?5 a card for 53mins to UK landline 20mins to UK mobile

Thanks Randomist mate, not surprised you can't remember shot prices - by the time one gets to shots one is usually not in a fit state to remember the price.

75p per canned beer/1.05 for bottled
As above 10 pound for 250 minutes
Never called. So not sure about phone

Also, the MCP. This is the ships mobile network so your mobile will work but it's extremely expensive!
