  • Carnival Assessment Sept 15

Hi, anyone going to the carnival assessment in fleetwood on the 19th March? In the email it says smart dress is advised, but I don't want to over dress or under dress. And I'm still stressing about the maths exam!

I've been to one, I recommend suit and smart (clean/shiny) shoes. Same for the girlys, smart trousers/skirt suit is recommended.

        Good luck!

My first ship. That's Joe Beattie on the right with the red sash. Brilliant Old Man!

I found out the middle of last week, but I was fortunate to meet the person responsible for cadet intake at the Warsash open day, so I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it. But yeah just stick at it mate

Do you think it'll be ok if I send them an email to ask about my application? I sent them one last week and they said they hadn't finished reviewing them all and that they would notify the successful applicants.

I already emailed them they said due to the high volume of applications they would be unable to provide me with any feedback . You could maybe try to phone them.

It can't harm I suppose, and it's always good to have feedback. And I think it shows your interest
