What do you think Sponsoring companies look for? - CMT
Another question for you guys,
I've already picked my preferences for CMT, due to start in September 2014 as an Engine Cadet.
But I was wondering what exactly is it that sponsoring companies will be attracted to when picking their cadets?
I have 2 years hands on engineering experience (non-marine) from a previous apprenticeship which I lost due to the company changing its methods.
But do you think things like previous jobs/experience/age etc. will play a part in their selection?
