    Hi guys!
I am starting at Warsash with Carnival UK in September and so far I have only spoken to two or three others with the same company. These were both doing the HND and so I have yet to find anyone who is doing the FD Deck with Carnival. I know I cant be the only one! Are there any more people with Carnival? If so how have you found your experience so far? Are you going to the induction days? Also if there are any current Carnival Cadets It would be great to hear about you and your experiences.
    Thanks,
    Paddy

I'm with Carnival UK, currently studying at Fleetwood and going to sea next month for Phase 2. I'm on the ND Route but I do know some others that are going down the FD path. I've found it to be really good so far, obviously we're doing a different course and are at different Colleges but as far as working for Carnival goes, they've been great. Phase 1 hasn't been as difficult as I'd expected, but again, speaking to some of the FD's at Fleetwood, Phase 1 is different for both courses and more intense for the FD's. Really looking forward to joining Oriana and Ventura and then starting Phase 3 next April. If you want any more information just ask.. Good luck!

Hi Tegan! In the college itself there is the bar with sofas, tv area, pool/ ping pong table etc. which is just off the refectory where we all eat. That's where everyone socialises on site, we're all watching the brazil game now and there's about 40 people down here so it's good tbf.. Apart from that there's the cricket club just down the road and quite a few pubs in walking distance which are quite popular with cadets. Good luck with everything!
