hey guys pretty new to the merchant navy and was wondering if you could give me information on where i can i apply to training agencies and other companies and what sorts of requirements i need any advice would great

You have to start by looking at the Careers at Sea website and the MNTB website. That will tell you all about the companies. Then you need to search around the forums to find all the answers to your questions including articles which help you to sort out your CV and answer every other question.
