Have been offered a engineering cadetship. I understand that I have to stay in halls for first sea phase and I'm responsible for accommodation costs from my training allowance. Do companies pay all or a percentage?

Companies generally pay you a set amount a month, and you will pay the halls from that or your company will pay the halls and you will be paid the remainder of your pay for the month.Twitter: Scotty_2410

Thanks. I was really nervous at interview, and lots of stuff just seems to have went in 1 ear and straight out other. Once I have had medical I presume I will get some type of paperwork / pack through explaining everything.Originally posted by scotty_2410 View PostComment
