Whats is the ammount of leave u get once you are a qualified officer? is it something like 4 months on 1 month off?

Depends on company and type of ship.
RFA's do 4 on 3 off,
Cruise ships I think generally do something like 4 on 2 off (but don't quote me on it)
And then some north sea outfits I think do a ratio of 1:1, but im not sure of trip lengths.
I think you can be sure of more than 1 month off after a 4 month stint though whoever your with.

It depends on the company entirely.
I think that Carnival generally operates 4 on 2 off, but this can change if an officer is needed on another ship. Some cruise companies do 1 on 1 off, it's completely up to the company

The Boxboat ratio seems about right... daywork for 5.5/6 days a week 8-5 I think.

shell is 3 on 84 days off. that what there guy said to me during the interview . 1 mounth work you are entitled to 28 days leave . once you are an officerMaybe I will never be

nope. but on the clyde cd i have somewhere it states that most ships make you do day work with also two 4 hour watchkeeps i think the 4th officer does 4-8 and so forth.Maybe I will never be
