Do what I do, and have two passports. Your company could help you out with it. Problem solved

You can legally have two passports if the Passport Office think you have a valid reason for doing so.
Some countries don't consider the US to be an allied country and border controls can take longer and be more of a hassle if your passport has a US visa or stamps. Israeli stamps and visas have a similar effect in some countries, and are an automatic refusal of entry in other places. If you want to travel relatively freely worldwide it can be an idea to have two passports, one for the US and Israel and other places that are friendly with them; and a second passports for the countries that don't, shall we say 'appreciate', the US or Israel.
Edited for spelling.

I also hold two passports, incompatible countries is becoming a less acceptable reason for two passports as its not really an issue now, the Israelis will stamp on a seperate piece of paper stamped into the passport rather then in the passport itself. They will accept if you need to apply for visas whilst still travelling ( which I need to do at times).
I've gone through a 48 page passport in around 5 years.
