  • BP Maritime Services Trainee Officer program. (Anyone managed to find an application form?)

Does anyone have a clue where the application form for BP is currently? I've been emailed a link to their 'Careers page' but I can't find any application specific to the Cadetship? I don't suppose its through the Graduates and interns application, surely not! Any help in finding its whereabouts would be appreciated.

When I was applying last year, it only appeared at around Christmas time. If you register for the jobs page then you can set up a job search and get emailed when it comes up. Worth sending an email though so your name sticks out when you do apply

The UK cadets application link wasn't working when I checked about two days ago. Can't remember the exact path, but you just go through the main careers portal and it's under operations>shipping.

The jobs will come on the portal when they are accepting applications however if you email them they will tell you when they come on the board.

I worked for BP Shipping for 10 years and they are an excellent company, they have a huge fleet expansion program going on - excellent prospects providing you are good enough! Internet onboard, free calls back to the UK and still have an officers bar where you can get a beer after work - very civilised!

Is there anything to be said in favour of sending written and electronic CVs instead of using forms, and being put on the list?

I have found the 'Submit resume/CV under the portal'. I also intend on sending a paper CV portfolio to their Singapore Offices soon. Thank you all for your help so far!

Recruitment for January 2014 is over I think. I have emailed they before and they are really good at getting back to you. Good luck.
