  • Interview and medical process information required.

I've read that Shell receive applications for cadetship from all nationalities. I want to know that if a person applies from country other than UK, i.e. from Asia, for Shell cadetship, how they will take his interview & medical test? Will they take interview on phone or what else?? And Medical ??

They normally organise interviews in groups and the recruiter will fly out to do a "group" the medicals can be done in lots of different countries to the ENG1 standard.

As a last resort some companies will fly candidates to their offices but this normally wouldn't happen especially at Cadet level.
    Pilotage - It's just a controlled allision

Thank you for your reply, but I'm specifically asking about Shell how they do this because they accept applications from all nationals.

What country are you from? Most people on here are only really familiar with the UK cadetship system. In order to be eligible for this I think you have to be resident in the UK for at least one year before applying. Not sure if anyone on here will know much about their application process in other countries. For information on that you might be better contacting Shell directly.
