Second Interview

Hey,

I have got a place on the PD deck course in Glasgow with CMT starting in Septeber and have just been invited to a second interview with Northern Marine Management. I am really pleased with this as they were my first choice and my research to date has shown that they appear to have a really good reputation for training with as a cadet. Through my preparation I have seen second interviews described as normal interviews, but also as much more relaxed affairs that are more like inductions, so I was hoping to see if anyone had been through this experience recently and could shed some like on what I can expect. No idea what is in the interview but I have several friends who trained with them, all of whom seemed to get a very good training experience and all were offered jobs upon completion of their cadetship. Good luck!
