Any PNTL cadets out there ?

Been Looking around for some info on PNTL, not too much on here. What are the advantages/disadvantages of doing a cadetship with such a company which is small in comparison to Maersk? I know they are specialist in what they do and so the fleet is limited but i would like to know from those in the know what they think. Any offers?

Yep done that had a couple for interviews and waiting to hear, just wanted a little more info on PNTL really, spoke briefly to a Cadet at Fleetwood open day who loved it, and was very helpful. I just wished id asked more questions. I know the obvious things like once qualified you get paid more, but thats not important to me right now. They also offer all cadets a contract at the end ( at the moment !)
so if anyone else knows anything more let me know.
