    Anyone know anything about what a Deck Cadet can expect from the company? i have a cadetship through them but havent had much contact with them to be honest.

    Two TUI Cadets in my intake, one is on a TUI ship the other is on a deep sea bulkier.

    Seems like a good company to be honest, you got pax experience and cargo experience.

        From what I've heard there is good training, the chance to get qualifications and scope for progression within the company
