Interview Questions help?!!! Weaknesses

I have just been given an interview and the letter suggests that they will ask about my weaknesses, I really don't know what to say in response to my weaknesses and still be seen a suitable deck cadet,any tips?

Hi hatty,
tommo here, you could say for a weakness you are sometimes distracted with the less important things in life, however I know what my goals in life are and I am a very determined and focused when it comes to achieving these goals.

I just said that i was really competitive , just think of anything you feel you could do better in doesnt need to be anything big.

When asked something like that I try to turn a trait into one that could be seen as positive or negative, eg; Sometimes too eager to progress/learn.

What he said. I basically stated that I felt I was too exacting and meticulous when given tasks and I tended to take on too much at one time instead of delegating tasks and in the past that has caused me problems with time management, however (it's important to have an however) I feel I have since begun to prioritize duties better and understand what those around me can take on.
