SSTG Sponsorship

Hi i was wondering if anybody has heard back from SSTG about Septembers sponsorship package yet

Nope not me anyway, some I've heard have been contacted by sstg already, howeverI am still waiting with antisipation. What about you?

Nope, I've not heard anything from them either, although today is more or less the end of the 4 week deadline during which they'll contact you, but as no one else has heard anything, I'm not getting too fussed just yet.

nah i don't no yet either im dying to know what company i could possibly working for and if i have to pay for any of the training or stuff

I've heard back and been told TUI (my first choice) are accepting me. Think I was early though as I was told I wouldn't find out till the end of february and I found out a few weeks ago.

well i suppose i only had my interview on the Feb 6th i think i can wait a few more days

Yes I have already heard from SSTG and the company I will be with for sept 2012, just waiting on my contract being sent to me.

I'd say they're pretty busy, give them a little while.

I am waiting to hear from SSTG but it was stated in my email about my company,that I'm going to be with that I need to be patient. Im guessing this is due to the number of applicant in which they are having to deal with. SSTG have to contact the colleges and to hear back from the companies on sponsership packages, ect. I will imagen when SSTG have information on individual cadetship we will all be duly notified.

I am still waiting to hear back from SSTG too . I know I have been accepted by them but i am just waiting to see what my package is ........exciting wait more than anything !!!
Deals should be going out any day now I would say .

I might have got the wrong end of the stick but it sounds from some of the replies in this thread like SSTG are selecting a company for you now rather than you having a choice! Is this
really the case?

not wanting to be silly but does passing the SSTG interview with Steve actual mean your in or is there still a chance of getting rejected and the anticipation is killing me

Nope they still let you pick your company, providing the company still has spaces left. And then depending on the company, you may be required to go for another interview or their own selection process, which may be why some are taking longer than others?

Dannyboy; I guess this means you could possibly be turned away if that particular company doesn't think your suitable. In that case I believe Steve tries to find you a place elsewhere but I'm not sure. I think in general though, the second interview is just to get to know you? He did say Evergreen just have a presentation kind of thing and that's pretty much it lol.
