Noob needing some help

Hi im new to new to this site i recently i had an interview with SSTG and i was successful with the first interview and could anybody tell me what the next steps such as second interview and stuff

It depends on what the company want from you really.

I would say that if you've been successful at interview then you're all good to go. Just wait for the company to get in contact with you about your college details. Well done for being accepted.

well from my experience Steve the guy who interviews you is really nice and i felt it was more of a chat. he just asks why you want to join, what you think your job role entails when doing your sea phase, what type of ships you want to work for and past experiences and stuff like that.

thanks dannyboy, have they said what kind of allowance etc they are going to offer you or does that come at a later date?

well because of the rise in college and uni fees and other stuff they told me that they couldn't tell what the sponsorship package is which includes allowance until at the start of march
