How long to hear from SSTG at this time of year?

Hi all, I have recently completed my SSTG application for 09/2012; does anybody have an idea of how long it would usually take them to get in touch with an applicant if they have been successful? I know they get back to successful candidates within 28 days but I'm becoming increasingly impatient as the days go by .... Lol.

Hi Daniel,

When did you submit your application? They may take a bit of time so don;t get too worried.

It'll be 28 days tomorrow since I sent my application to SSTG and still no news from them but that doesn't matter as I have been invited to two assessment days so far.

Hi, SSTG got back to me straight away, he mentioned in the interview that he was going to send me the offer email once i walked out the door. With SSTG you pretty much know in the first 15 minutes if you've got it. I got an offer form GMS ltd, but i was also accepted by Princess (As i attended there assessment day)
So chosen Princess over the two.

They're pretty prompt at getting back to you, but it may be worth sending an email in to check that they are in receipt of your application. Good luck!

I sent an application off to SSTG over the weekend so crossing my fingers I hear back from them quite soon too. Guess all I can do is wait and see...

I sent them an application online at about 9pm and by 8:30 am the following morning I had an email saying I had an interview.
