Deck cadets: what textbooks do you use?

As Randomist says, you'll find everything in the library or provided as course notes.

Depends what stage of the course you're at. The college will provide you with required text books for the lectures. Closer to your orals you'll need to be reading up on SOLAS, STCW, MARPOL, COSWOP and other industry publications.
