Been offered a officer cadetship with mef whats training like? Are they a good company to work for

I've been offerd a Deck cadetship though these i don't suppose you found any information? I can't find anything on the web.

MEF are a charity that will send you on a huge variety of ships-so training wise, you'll have an excellent range of experiences.

I've been offered an engineering cadetship with them. All I know is it's funded by other companies who can't fulfil their cadet training quota, so pay a penalty and that money is allocated to the Maritime Education Fund to re-invest in cadet training. They don't own any ships so arrange for you to fulfil your sea time on various ships, whatever they can get you on.
