Right then for all of us new starts waiting to start college in september whos excited? whos counting the days and weeks? who cant wait to leave school,college or work and get started on the new adventure? I know im excited and can't wait to get started and for me time has been flying in as i have been so busy it seems yestarday i got my letter saying they would like to me offer me a place and now my paperwork is done, usa visa in the passport uniform hanging up and start date slowly coming into sight

Induction is a good time really, treat it like a freshers week at a Uni. You'll be encouraged to go out and do stuff, it's the best way of getting to know knew people.

Unless you are working for the Big Blue Canoe Company then there is no induction, the one he's on about is company specific you get to learn the Company Song and the secret hand shake and everything
As for leaving it late, hardly you move in Sunday and start Monday, all you need with you is your clothes, lappy and mp3 player it isnt like you are moving house Remember when you join a ship it may only be in port long enough to pick up you and then off-ski again.

Hmm I started with clothes and a few electronice gizmos then came the iron, ironing board, mountain bike, kettle, fridge, alarm cloak, ( clock thou an alarm cloak would be awesome ), and other random stuff. I don't see the need either haha so why bother its another item on a already very long list as my other half found out after turning up and buying a choclate moose thingy and figuring out she had no spoon with her now that was funny. what are you really gonna need that stays in a fridge i can't think of any and we will be starting at the start of winter which = cold hahaBe what you want to be not what other people tell you to be
