Hi Guys,
I'm very new to this and only just started applying for sponsorships. Hoping to do the deck cadetship at Warsash. Does anyone have any information regarding application timelines/ how long it usually takes between applying and having a place confirmed? I know Covid may have changed things but any information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

That mainly depends on what intake you are planning to apply for. If you are looking at september that may be a little late as spots fill up quickly (I learnt this first hand ). However if it is January you are looking at then you will be alright. For Clyde Marine I was given an interview within 2 weeks, but some companies have been much quicker. Hope that helps a little, and good luck with your applications!

Thanks for this, I would be happy with either September 22 or January 23. Luckily I have had reply’s back and interviews scheduled from SSTG and Clyde marine.
Who was your sponsor company in the end? Any information about them would be super helpful!
