Well like the title goes, Opinion and Arseholes, we all have one.
This is just a quick word of warning to all you newbie's who come in and ask for advice on the recruitment process / entry requirements.
We are not cadet recruiter's, we do not do cadet recruitment. We can do our best to try to advise you but you must not take what we say as gospel.
We all went through the system and what we all experienced was pretty similar but it will not be the same for everyone and each person will be treated differently by their own training agency.
