LJMU Nautical Science BSc and sponsoring comapnies

Just a quick question basically. Does anyone know if Maersk or Carnival would allow cadets to study at Liverpool John Moores University for the BSc in Nautical Science? I know that CMA CGM prefers to send cadets to Plymouth.

Also, are there any current or previous LJMU cadets on here?

Maersk have been known to send engineers to LJMU... don't know about deckies

Theres a couple of sstg boys doing the honors there, for both deck and engine, conway trust also send 1 or 2 per year. Don't know what other companys though.

Im with Maersk currently at ljmu doing Beng. If you got the UCAS points and pass the interview they will allow it. BP is also open to send people on the degree
