    50253_136419005659_5822730_n.jpg Clyde Marine Training recruits a large number of cadets each year on behalf of over 50 shipping companies. Collectively, these shipping companies operate almost every conceivable ship type. Some companies may only take on a small number of cadets each year.​

    Routes

    Deck (HND/FD), Engine (HND/FD) and Electro-technical (FD).

    Ship types

    Various ship types depending on assigned company (list of companies below)

    Entry requirements

    HND:
    5 GCSEs at grade C or above including English, Maths and a Science subject.

    FD:
    5 GCSEs at grade C or above including English, Maths and Physics or Dual Award Science. Physics may be substituted with Chemistry for deck applicants.
    120 UCAS points from 2 or more A-Levels, including either Maths or Physics.

      Out of all of the companys, which one would be the best for a 16yr who wants the best experience but does not know what type of vessel he want to go on.
