Riverside accommodation contract length

The City of Glasgow College website says that the riverside accommodation is available for students to rent on the basis of a 40-week contract. Are there alternative arrangements available to cater for cadet college phases? Also, what's the cost per week?

I stay there at the moment and your best bet is to phone them up as there is always someone available at their reception. Accommodation can also be provided at saint Luke's which are also for the nautical cadets. They are less strict and accommodate for a range of courses to cadets to people sitting their chief mates.
