Marine Legislation

A lot of the older generation of lecturers and seafarers hate and despise the International Safety Management code and everything about it. They generally lecture away about how seafaring was better before its creation, how they didn't need the manuals, checklists, etc.... Now the lecturers are passing this dislike on to their cadets and that, in my opinion, is simply wrong. Cadets are being taught to hate something that they don't fully understand. So, lets try to correct that.
