Ship Safe Training Group

The Ship Safe Training Group has been active for over 30 years. It is a not-for-profit organisation funded and controlled by its member companies. SSTG offers a range of opportunities for prospective cadets.​

Routes

Deck (HND/FD/BSc), Engine (HND/FD/BEng) and Electro-technical (FD).

Ship types


Entry requirements

HND:
GCSEs at grade C or above in English, Physics (or Combined Science) and at least two other subjects, plus grade B or above in Maths.

FD:
GCSEs at grade C or above in English, Physics (or Combined Science) and at least two other subjects, plus grade B or above in Maths.
120 UCAS points from A-Levels including Maths and/or Physics
